An example of the reports we send to practices: The Family Practice

If you would like to understand how we use the information entered on to our web based tool to create a unique report for your practice, please see the illustrative report prepared for ‘the family Practice’ CLICK HERE.  It analyses the data submitted for a ‘normal’ week, responses to a series on multiple choice questions about how you work, all entries submitted by the reception team for the reception quiz, alongside results from the national GP Patients Survey and other nationally collected information about the practice.  It offers specific information about how your practice compares to others across the Country as well as a series of suggestions for potentially making improvements.  We then generally meet up with the practice team to discuss this further and explore what this means for the way you work and how you might be able to make your working life easier while also improving patient access and care.

About Us

The Primary Care Foundation supports the development of best practice in primary and urgent care. We apply our work shaping national policy to support local change. We use information to create understanding, driving improvements in care, reducing unnecessary variation across organisations and between clinicians and developing practical tools for front-line staff in general practice and urgent care.
