Who We Are

Self-Care Data Foundation is an establishment that believes self-care must be simple, personal and powered by transparent data. It should be a way of living that can be practical, data-based and easy to incorporate into daily life. This is why we have integrated research and practical tools to simplify it so that people can have a better conception of what really works for them.

Our organization was established to bridge the gap between personal wellbeing and reliable data, giving that individuals should have the data they need to make the most reasonable decisions concerning their happiness and health. We will make self-care smarter, nicer and more actionable to all.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to turn self-care from abstract advice into practical daily habits that actually make a difference. Through a safe analysis of habit patterns such as sleep, movement, mood and routines, we get to learn what improves wellbeing in real life. We then transfer those insights into simple, easy to use tools that you can implement immediately.

Our Vision

We are dreaming of a world when all people will be able to access self-care advice, which prioritizes privacy and are reliable. The world in which data is not a point of judgment or pressure but a tool of empowerment. Our mission is to ensure that self-care is inclusive, soft and fact-based.

What We Do

What We Do

The Self-Care Data Foundation focuses on three core areas:

  • Research & Insights: We study real-life patterns to understand what actually works to improve wellbeing and report back in plain language.
  • Tools & Resources: We develop step-by-step guides, habit trackers as well as tips in such a way that the healthy routines can be easily experimented.
  • Community & Training: We collaboratively work with coaches, clinicians and wellness organizations. Our aim is to develop workshops and spaces where individuals can share, learn and offer support for one another.
